So the sun has started to shine and the garden is beginning to flower, this can only mean one thing........ Easter is nearly upon us.

After a busy summer last year we are set to increase the number of weddings and outside events that we will supply catering and waiting staff to in 2010.

We are currently looking to register a group of dedicated and skilled bar staff, waiting staff and chefs to help us cater for the coming months.
